Overview and Eligibility

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Note on Digital Products – Because our products are digital downloads (PDFs, templates, software), they cannot be “returned” in an unused condition. Therefore, we do not grant refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

Faulty Content – The product file is technically defective, corrupted, or incomplete and we are unable to fix the issue or provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe.
Not As Described – The product grossly misrepresents its description on the sales page (e.g., you purchased a template for Microsoft Word but received an un-editable PDF).

Overview

All Elysian Safety 365 products — including digital templates, registers, procedures, forms, and other downloadable documents — are delivered instantly as digital files. Because of their nature, once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in its original condition.

Our refund policy is designed to balance fairness for our customers with protection for our intellectual property and digital assets.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

Faulty or Corrupted File – If your download is incomplete, corrupted, or technically unusable, and we are unable to repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
Not as Described – If the digital content is significantly different from its description (e.g., a Microsoft Word template advertised but delivered as an uneditable PDF).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

You changed your mind or no longer need the document.
You purchased the wrong item or misunderstood the intended use.
You do not have suitable software to open or edit the file (all listings clearly state required formats).
The file has already been downloaded or accessed.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Digital Content Exemption).

Our Commitment to Quality

All Elysian templates and procedures are professionally authored and quality-checked. Should any file ever fail to meet our published description or function, our first remedy will be:

Repair or Replacement of the file, or
Refund in Full if a repair/replacement is not possible or causes significant inconvenience.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 14 days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your payment provider (PayPal, Etsy, or card issuer).
If unresolved, email john@elysiansafety365.com for direct assistance.

Consequential Damage

If a faulty Elysian digital file causes damage to your device or other digital content and this results from our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to compensation in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Gifts & Third-Party Purchases

If a digital product was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to you, any approved refund or replacement will be provided to the original purchaser (gift giver).

Physical Items (If Applicable)

Physical goods (such as branded USB drives, printed calendars, or merchandise) follow our separate Physical Goods Refund Policy, available on request or via Etsy listings.
